Vacancy Inside Sales Representative – 24 hours
📍 Alkmaar | 24 hours per week
Would you enjoy working in real estate? Are you enthusiastic, commercially minded, do you enjoy working with people, and do you get energy from organizing and getting things done? Then we would like to hear from you!
Experience in real estate is a plus, but certainly not a must. Perhaps you have just finished your education, are still studying, or are simply ready for a fun, varied part-time job. If you are enthusiastic and eager to learn, we would love to get in touch with you.
What are you going to do?
You will become an important link within our small team. You will have frequent contact with clients and support us with everything involved in the sale, purchase, and valuation of homes.
No day is the same. Your responsibilities include:
- answering phone and email;
- contact with sellers, buyers and other parties;
- scheduling appointments and viewings;
- processing and verifying housing and customer data;
- preparing homes that are coming onto the market;
- working with systems such as Office 365, Realworks, Provadie and Move.nl;
- requesting, processing and verifying documents;
- preparing and drafting valuation reports;
- assist with property presentations and social media;
- and of course ensure that customers are helped quickly, well, and personally.
You don't have to be able to do all of this yet. We are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade. What we find most important is that you are enthusiastic, can switch gears easily, work accurately, and take initiative.
Who are we looking for?
We are primarily looking for someone who fits well with ECHT. Someone who:
- makes easy and enthusiastic contact with people;
- is friendly and commercial;
- works accurately and has an eye for detail;
- is good with computers and picks up new systems quickly;
- likes to organize things and does not like to sit still;
- can work independently, but also enjoys working together;
- takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done.
Education or experience in real estate, brokerage, commerce, or administration is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.
