Option 1 = Perform work yourself. These are the tasks that you will actually have to carry out yourself. For example, painting a wall or laying a laminate floor. This does not include work carried out by a contractor.
Option 2
= immediately necessary maintenance. Work that must be carried out subject to the home. For example, painting the outside of the house or replacing a bathroom because the existing bathroom is leaking.
You do not have to fill in these options if the work is carried out by a contractor!
